good product. The seal is a thick vinyl / rubber type material. I suspect that will last long. I ran a test measurement and the garage door down right in front ... by Marksalot
This was easy to install and works great. No more rain water from under our door. I just wish I would have found it earlier. I have not had any problems with the glue silicon. by Drexel Lake
Maybe it's my fault but could not find where the tire was a bit ' longer to fit in a little over 10 ' opening so I ordered a 20 ' kit later discovered that are little more size to adjust in the form of door ... by Glenda A Haynes
Relatively easy to install. The included adhesive has worked well for me. Did not see any puddles more from the garage door when it was installed . by John W.
